Ask The LORD First

In 1 Samuel 30 when the Amalekites raided David’s camp and made away with all their belongings and families, he did not just jumped into pursuing them though he is a great warrior but ask the LORD first (Verse 6) GOD gave him go ahead and he recovered all. In book of Numbers chapter 9 verse 6 & 7, when some people that had been defiled by touching dead bodies ask what to do from Moses, he reply them in verse 8 “wait until I have receive instruction from GOD”. Also in 1King chapter 22 vs. 4 when King Ahab asked King Jehoshaphat to join force with him, he responded in vs. 5 “But first let us find out what the LORD says” 
The LORD is GOD, The ALMIGHTY that knows all, we are all mortal and we cannot see more than the present, but GOD sees far into the future and knows what it brings, that is why it’s very important for us to ask HIM before we make any step, move or decision in this year 2014, even if it looks foolish to human reasoning am very sure that at the end you will praise and glorify HIS Name, remember 1 Corinthians 1 vs.25 “The foolishness of GOD is wiser than men” but how can you believe in someone to take care of you if you don't trust him, the bible in Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart,and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him,and he will make straight your paths." So believe and trust HIM and you will never regret.

Your Befitting Place (GOD has good plan for us)

“What are you doing? Are there no descendants of Israel to inherit the land of Gad? Why are you, who worship molech living in its towns? I will punish you for this”    says the LORD “by destroying your city of Rabbah. It will become a desolate heap and the neighboring towns will be burned. Then Israel will come and take back the land you took from her” ( Jeremiah 49:1-2 ) Before we were born at all, GOD has prepared a good and befitting place for us ( Jeremiah 29:11 ). Also HE knew us before we were formed in our mother’s womb and HE has prepare what HE will do with us just as HE told Prophet Jeremiah ( Jeremiah   1:4 ). But most of us had allowed the enemy to take over all these good and plans and they are the one enjoying what we suppose to.
