UNFORGIVING

A man planted a garden with various fruits and they came out fine and beautiful. When the fruits ripened, the neighbor came there to pluck and ate. One day the owner of the garden saw a lovely fruit and decided in his heart to pick and eat the next day, but when he arrived, he saw a man trying to pick the exact fruit and he told him to leave it because he also wanted it, but he was abused by this stranger even though he owned the garden and the neighbor went away with the fruit.

This anguished the owner that he closed the garden door that nobody was going to eat out of it again.
In no time, the garden turned dirty and smelly, with lots of flies and maggots because the ripe fruit got rotten when it wasn't picked.
This is what unforgiving do to us. it destroys the good thing we have and blinding us to this fact.
Jesus stated in the Scriptures that you must forgive your brother 490 times a day (Matthew 18:21-22).
What Christ tells us here is that you must continue to forgive.
Remember, if you fail to forgive others, you don’t deserve the forgiveness of God (Matthew 6:12)
