THE WEAPON OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

In the act of war, it’s very important and vital to have a good attacking and defending mechanism and plan for you to be able to win, you must have weapon that can destroy the enemies and their stronghold, and also you must be able to repel them when they come at you. Paul says in 2 Corinthians 6:7 “We have righteousness as our weapon, both to attack and defend ourselves (NLT).

Righteousness is living rightly according to GOD law; it’s the only way GOD wants us to live for HE SAYS we should be holy just like HIM (Leviticus 20:26), for we are god and the children of the Most High (Psalm 82:6).
Living a righteous life make you abide in GOD and HIS word abides in you and this make you qualify to ask or decree anything and it shall be established (John 15:7). You can call down fire like Prophet Elijah (1 King 18:38), blind your enemies just like Prophet Elisha (2 Kings 6:18), destroying them with the fire of GOD (2 Kings 1:10), cursing them with the name of the LORD (2 Kings 2:24), the enemies plans shall always be revealed to you by GOD (2Kings 6:12), you shall be guided by heavenly warriors (2 Kings 6:17). Righteousness saves life (Proverb 21:21) and no weapon fashion against you shall prosper.

We should also know that we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places (Ephesian 6:12 NLT). For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled (2 Corinthians 10:4-6).  For these reasons we must put on the armour of GOD which among is the breastplate of righteousness (Ephesian 6:14) the New Living Translation calls it “the body armour of GOD’s righteousness.
Let us ask for the Grace of GOD so as to live rightly, I am sure HE is willing to bestow it on us and if you are yet to know CHRIST, give your life unto HIM today and HE will save you from your sinful life.

“Righteousness brings peace. Yes, it will bring quietness and confidence forever” (Isaiah 32:17 NLT).

THE END MAY COME SUDDENLY (INDIAN PLANE CRASH)

  At least 290 people lost their lives after a passenger plane crashed while departing from an airport in Ahmedabad, India, according to health officials. The plane, en route to London, hit a hostel for doctors when it crashed. The number of deaths is a mix of those on the plane and those on the ground. In accordance with the report, the plane involved, which was a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, is among the safest.   The plane was full of individuals with plans for the future, and their families and loved ones were waiting for them. What about the doctors who were in the hostel when the aircraft crashed? THE TABLE SHALL BE TURNED

 So on March 7 the two decrees of the king were put into effect. On that day, the enemies of the Jews had hoped to overpower them, but quite the opposite happened. It was the Jews who overpowered their enemies’  Esther 8:1 (NLT). The decree was made a year ago, according to the scripture.   ‘So in the month of April, during the twelfth year of King Xerxes’ reign, lots were cast in Haman’s presence (the lots were called Purim) to determine the best day and month to take action. And the day selected was March 7, nearly a year later’ Esther 3:7 (NLT).  The scripture says that those that put their trust in God will not be put to shame ( Romans 10:11 ).
