THE BENEFITS OF THE DEATH AND RESURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST

God Almighty sent Jesus to come to earth and die for the sins of all men. This shows how much God loves us as His creation, and also how Jesus Christ was obedient to the Father even unto death, even though He is God in human form (Philippians 2:8). The death of Him has brought us benefits:

But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.”  Galatians 3:13 (NLT). Generational, traditional, spiritual, physical, and curses, whether known or unknown, have been removed from us and we now inherit blessings.
"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed" Isaiah 53:5. No sickness can have power over us as we have been made whole.
"And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place” Hebrews 10:19:20 (NLT). You don't need anyone to go to God's presence for you anymore, you can do it by yourself. Enter with confidence.
"For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich” 2 Corinthians 8:9.
“You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it! John 14:13-14. The legal way to pray for God's answer is through the name of Jesus. You don't need anyone to pray on your behalf; approach God by yourself in faith and He will do what He can only do.
If you don't have Christ as your Lord and Saviour, none of these can be applied to you. Come to Him today, let His blood cleanse your sin, and receive the benefits of His death and resurrection as His child.

  1. Thank You, Jesus, if not for your vicarious suffering and death, I would still have been in my sins. But your sacrifice changed the narrative. I am free. And thankful for the benefits of Your sacrifice.
