ARE YOU FOR REAL?

 One day I was in a meeting and I noticed a  phone with an adapter which was boldly marked with Tecno. Taking a good look, I discovered that it was not an original Tecno adapter.

In today's world, many of those called Christians are just nominal, and there is nothing in their lives to reflect that they are one. They speak, act and behave just like the people of the world, whereas the Bible says that it is through their fruits that they will be known (Matthew 7:20). 

The disciples were originally called Christians in Antioch simply because people saw this behaviour of Jesus Christ in them (Acts 11:26). Because you are called a Christian or because you have a Hebrew name (John, Jamé, Peter, Abraham, etc.) does not guarantee you heaven. Even heaven will cast out many who perform miracles in the name of Jesus, just because of the way they live. (Matthew 7:21-23)
Look into it now, are you sure you're Christlike? What do people talk about you?  Do you bring forth the fruits of the Spirit?  You better apologize and make it right if you're not sure. If you are yet to know Christ as your Lord and Savior, there is still room for you, believe with your heart, confess Jesus with your mouth and 
by His grace you will be in Him because that is why He came into the world.

Then the leaders of the tribe of Levi came to consult with Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun, and the leaders of the other tribes of Israel. They came to them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan and said, “The lord commanded Moses to give us towns to live in and pasturelands for our livestock.” So by the command of the lord the people of Israel gave the Levites the following towns and pasturelands out of their own grants of land. (Joshua 21:1-3)  Despite the Lord's command that lands should be given to the tribe of Levy, they have the responsibility of asking again and reminding the leaders of what God had instructed. God made many promises to us, but we need to ask and remind Him of them. You should realize that God never forgets, asking indicates our trust in Him and His ability to fulfill His promises.  The last verse of the chapter says ‘Not a single one of all the good promises the Lord had given to the family of Israel was left unfulfilled; everything he had spoken came true’

FREE INDEED

 Upon arrival at the site, I noticed a dove tied down by one of my employees. When I requested its release, he stated his intention to sell it. After asking for the price, he informed me, and I asked him to release the bird, which he did, and then I paid for it.  The Scripture says “When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners.” Romans 5:6. By paying the price with his precious blood, Jesus Christ made it possible for us to be set free and welcome into God's family. Ephesians 1:5 “God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.”  Our new status as His slaves necessitates us to do His pleasure and avoid taking things for granted. Romans 6:22 say “But now you are free from the power of sin and have become slaves of God. Now you do those things that lead to holiness and result in eternal life”.  We are free from condemnation
