STAND BY YOUR BELIEF (NOVAK DJOKOVIC & AUSTRALIAN OPEN)

 Novak Djokovic was deported and ban from Australia in 2022 because he refused taking covid vaccine and here is what he has to say "I was never against vaccination," he told the BBC, confirming he'd had vaccines as a child, "but I've always supported the freedom to choose what you put in your body.” Asked why, Djokovic replied: "Because the principles of decision making on my body are more important than any title or anything else. I'm trying to be in tune with my body as much as I possibly can."

Novak Djokovic has said he would rather miss out on future tennis trophies than be forced to get a Covid vaccine but this year he entered the competition again and won it making it his number 22 grandslam crown.
The lesson in this is that if you don't stand up for something, you will fall for everything. Do not let the world command or dictate to you. Know what you believe and stick to it. When the local believers begged the apostle Paul not to go up to Jerusalem because of the unfavorable prophecy, these are his words 
“Why all this weeping? You are breaking my heart! I am ready not only to be jailed at Jerusalem but even to die for the sake of the Lord Jesus” (Acts 21:13). 
We will always talk about the apostle Paul as one of the greatest Apostles,   because he stood up for the Christ Jesus in whom he believed. Novak Djokovic is also praised by everyone, even by those who lambasted his actions last year simply because he is true to his convictions.

Then the leaders of the tribe of Levi came to consult with Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun, and the leaders of the other tribes of Israel. (Joshua 21:1-3)  Despite the Lord's command that lands should be given to the tribe of Levy, they have the responsibility of asking again and reminding the leaders of what God had instructed. God made many promises to us, but we need to ask and remind Him of them. You should realize that God never forgets, asking indicates our trust in Him and His ability to fulfill His promises.  The last verse of the chapter says ‘Not a single one of all the good promises the Lord had given to the family of Israel was left unfulfilled; everything he had spoken came true’

FREE INDEED

 Upon arrival at the site, I noticed a dove tied down by one of my employees. When I requested its release, he stated his intention to sell it. After asking for the price, he informed me, and I asked him to release the bird, which he did, and then I paid for it.  The Scripture says “When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners.” Romans 5:6. By paying the price with his precious blood, Jesus Christ made it possible for us to be set free and welcome into God's family. Ephesians 1:5 “God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.”  Our new status as His slaves necessitates us to do His pleasure and avoid taking things for granted. Romans 6:22 say “But now you are free from the power of sin and have become slaves of God. Now you do those things that lead to holiness and result in eternal life”.  We are free from condemnation
